HNC Blood Brotherhood Beach Retreat

Friday-Sunday – September 23-25, 2016

Kure Beach

We welcome our Blood Brothers to join us at a retreat on Friday through Sunday, September 23-25, 2016 at Kure Beach on the beautiful North Carolina Outer Banks. The retreat is at the accommodating and accessible “Aloha from Kure” beach house. Join us for this unique opportunity to learn, share, and socialize!

This event is open to all adult men (21 years of age and older) affected by a bleeding disorder.

A few more details:

  • The house is fully accessible and has two elevators, which access all levels except the 4th level.
  • Linens will be provided, but bring your own beach towels.
  • Ocean view decks are within walking distance of Kure Beach Pier.
  • In addition to the beach, the house has foosball tables, gaming systems and other entertainment options available. Participants are encouraged to bring games that others may enjoy sharing.
  • While meals are provided, snacks are not. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages.

Registration for this event is on a first come, first served basis, but priority will be given to HNC members who have participated in Blood Brotherhood events in the last 12 months. Accommodations will be shared, and there is no fee for the event. Attendance will be limited to 22 men, so register early to reserve a space. Registration deadline is September 9, 2016.

Accepted registrants will be contacted by phone to arrange carpooling as we approach the event. We will be asking some participants to carpool when possible to ease parking concerns.
