It is time to make your voices heard! Hemophilia of North Carolina’s Legislative Day provides an opportunity for families and individuals across the state to meet with their elected state representatives and staff. It is an opportunity to convey the critical issues we face in our community and ask for their support. It is a chance to make your voices heard and to share your personal stories. We encourage you to bring your family, along with pictures and any other information you’d like to share. We need your voice!

There will be an optional dinner and training session on Wednesday, March 11th at the Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown. Anyone traveling more than 60 miles for this training will be provided a hotel room upon request.
We will begin Thursday (March 12) with a briefing at 8am in the 3rd floor auditorium of the Legislative Building, located at 16 West Jones Street, Raleigh.
After receiving our schedule and appointments for the day, we’ll meet with our legislators and their staff. HNC will have a booth in the building at 1300 Court to help raise awareness among the legislators and general public about issues in the bleeding disorders community.
