Second Annual Benefit
In Memory of Kasey E. Frye
Saturday, September 11, 2010
The Car & Motorcycle Show was hosted on September 11, 2010 by friends and family in memory of Kasey and held at Advance Auto Parts in Conover, NC. Kasey, who had hemophilia, was killed in a motorcycle accident on February 3, 2008. Proceeds from the event were donated to Hemophilia of North Carolina and over $450 was raised through the sale of raffle tickets, a 50/50 and food sales. The weather was not very cooperative but it didn't slow down any of the car enthusiasts who came out to show off their rides! The American Red Cross was also on hand to collect donations and had a steady stream of visitors throughout the day.
Our many thanks to Kevin and Melodee Frye along with their wonderful family and friends for all their support. We try our best to honor Kasey everyday with the work we do to help individuals and families affected by a bleeding disorder.
