Get ready to make a splash. Please join us in downtown Winston-Salem at the YWCA Gateway Fitness Center indoor pool for a fun day of swimming! This is a joint program between HNC’s HOPE program and HPC Specialty Pharmacy. We will have a roundtable discussion about the importance of physical activity. Appetizers and snacks will also be provided. There will be plenty of time to talk with and network with other parents. Hemophilia of North Carolina and HPC are pleased to offer this program free to HNC members.

This event is part of HNC’s HOPE project – an education and support program for families with children age 12 and under who are affected by a bleeding disorder. These families will have registration priority, though all HNC members are welcome to apply. Because of space constraints, attendance is limited to immediate family members. If your group includes more than four persons, please contact the HNC office before registering.
