Acompáñanos HNC y se parte de este gran día en Zoológico de Carolina del Norte donde Patricia Espinosa-Thompson presentara el tema No Sweat: Staying Active and Healthy with a Bleeding Condition (activo y sano sin sudor). Además tendremos alimentos y daremos un recorrido al zoológico para disfrutar el resto del día. El tema hablara sobre los beneficios del ejercicio y los deportes, como elegir la actividad adecuada para tu condición y como incorporar la actividad física en la vida diaria.

Please join us at the North Carolina Zoo for an afternoon of education, food, and a visit to the zoo! This Latin Union Program will include a Shire Hello Talks! program, No Sweat: Staying Active and Healthy with a Bleeding Condition, presented by Patricia Espinosa-Thomson. This program will discuss the benefits of sports and exercise, how to choose and prepare for an activity that’s right for you, and how to incorporate physical activity into daily life.
